White clothing, innocent look-a 14-year-old entered the courtroom in the Vienna Landl on Monday. But what is being charged with the young person has it all: heavy robbery! Which even more surprised than the indictment itself is the motive of the Viennese …
The accused incident took place shortly before New Year’s Eve in the Asperm district of Vienna. On December 28, the man and a twelve -year -old friend – he was invited as a witness on Monday – apparently wanted to avenge a common well -known avenue that is reportedly beaten by several boys on a video.
Locked up in residential complex
But instead of going to the police, the duo pulled the alleged attackers to a remote residential complex at the end of December and confronted the three – with a knife in his hand!
“The knife was more than 16 centimeters long,” says the process. The intimidated boys – including a twelve years – had to go away – a jacket and a hood. Then the two so -called favors disappeared.
Stolen clothes brought back
What happened after that, however, seems almost absurd: the two boys received a phone call from the police – and brought back the stolen clothing.
In the trial on Monday, the 14-year-old suspect showed that he was known and reputable. “I’m really sorry,” he answers in court. “I just wanted to give them a lesson.” He supposedly found the knife in a park for crime.
The process itself was difficult. The three victims and the colleague Hardoper of the 14-year-old were invited because witnesses made a childish impression, answered jargon in relaxed youth.
The accused and victims were friends
The judge and public prosecutor were also shocked by the lack of seriousness. It soon becomes clear that the accused is even friends with one of the victims. “We were friends in the past. We are again. We could cross it again, he apologized,” the same age told the judge.
However, none of the young people really have to be aware that the accused Viennese risk runs. However, Defender Roland Friis is certain: “My client became known from the start. He comes from an absolutely stable, family environment and wants to start an internship soon.”
At the beginning of August he could start his training, the defender asked for a mild judgment with regard to it. Eventually the 14-year-old was sentenced to six months.
