Two women in the US state of California would have operated an illegal daycare center. A three -month -old baby died under her care. Now the mother-daughter duo is accused of negligent murder.
On Friday in the morning the rescue employees were called to a residential building because a baby had not inhaled and was not aware, the police said. The rescue staff tried to save the baby’s life and took it to a hospital nearby. The baby was declared dead a little later.
The police officers learned that two women offered childcare in the house. According to the authorities, 62-year-old Maria M. and her daughter Johanna M. (35) operated an illegal daycare center in which they registered a maximum of 30 children of different ages.
The researchers could “be” able to collect enough details to arrest the two operators of the non -articulated daycare center for negligent murder, which probably led to the death of the three -year -old baby, “says a press release from the police.
The two women are now accused of negligent murder, risk for children and the operation of a daycare without a permit. The investigation into the case has not yet been completed, the police said.
