What started as a harmless pajama party ended in an incredible tragedy: the 12-year-old Arya Lebeau fell in the middle of the night from an apartment window and died because of a dispute over a piece of pizza.
Arya Lebeau (12) just wanted to have fun with friends in a pajama party – but the evening ended fatally. In the early morning the girl from the third floor of an apartment complex in Southbridge, the American state of Massachusett, fell in the hospital a little later.
According to the family, everything started with a dispute over a piece of pizza. What happened then is shaken by the US: different girls were in the apartment – but no adults. Arya’s mother had dropped her in good faith because she had been sure that a parent was present. But only two hours later she received the terrible call: her daughter had fallen out of the window and was seriously injured to the hospital.
A Facebook message from the grandmother reveals cruel details: the dispute apparently escalated when a girl pushed Arya out of the window as part of a game that it would scare it. But the “pleasure” ended with a fatal fall on the head.
The research is underway. The authorities speak of an “inexplicable death”. Arya’s parents need answers – and justice. An online donation campaign for the funeral has already collected more than $ 16,000.
