For Urban Course – Six questions about accusations of racism against coaches

Date:

Participants in a self -defense location of the city of Linz accuse a trainer of racist derailments – reported the “Kroon”. An investigation in the city council should now clarify the allegations. A new campaign will also be decided next week.

“I assume you are here, so that you can defend yourself against asylum seekers” – according to participants, this sentence should have been sleeping by a trainer of self -defense courses from the city of Linz, as well as the comment that a “Chechense stitched with a wire cable” – the “Crown” reported.

Internal investigation
The courses are offered via the security department of municipal councilor Michael Raml (FPö). Spokeswoman Abena Carty Pinner of Green Integration wants to know the allegations about the “racist derailments” and therefore brings an investigation with six questions about RAML in the municipal meeting next Thursday, for example: “Should the allegations that the course leader will no longer keep self-insurance on your departments?”

With the words “prejudices have not lost anything in such courses,” RAML himself has already announced an internal magistrate, but does not want to continue to comment on the cause of the request in the city council.

Racisage reports have increased
By the way, the city parliament will also decide on a red-green application for a new anti-racism campaign that should start in the fall. “We want to create respect for diversity and promote cooperation,” says Spö City Vice Tina Blöchl.

The Zara Advice Center collects reports from racism nationwide. In the past year, 1647 incidents were documented – a quarter more than in the previous year.
