A five -year -old boy arrived in a perilous situation in a hotel in Mallorca on Sunday afternoon due to a defective protective grille. When bathing in the swimming pool, his arm was sucked in by a dirty suction device and got stuck in the tube.
The complete forearm of the British boy was pulled into the pipe by the strong suction pap, as the newspaper “Mallorca Zeitung” reports, referring to the online portal “Crónica Balear”. The five -year -old -kon no longer free his arm from the tube. The emergency services of the local police, the National Gendarmerie, the fire brigade and the rescue were also unable to remove the arm.

A lifeguard told the police that he had already informed the reception before the incident that the protective grid of the suction system was broken. However, the schedule was not correctly repaired and only a provisional wax was confirmed. According to The Lifeguard, this has been released very easily. A second lifeguard also said he knew that the system was not working properly.
A holiday maker also reported that he had noticed that the system unusually sucks the water. The lifeguards would have looked at the situation, but have done nothing.
