18 -year -Dold van Carinthia -young Talent gets “Golden Note” with violin “Golden Note”

The scourge enthusiast took first place in the coveted competition in Vienna. Your teachers and sponsors are proud of the young talent.

For the ninth time, the Classical Music Promotion Award “Golden Note” was awarded on Friday evening. For the winners, the prize is a musical springboard. And in the middle there was also cheers for a Carinthian violin language: Lois Pfeifer.

“It’s like a dream, I didn’t expect that,” says the 18-year-old, who grew up in Bolivia and lives in Klagenfurt for two years. “I came to Carinthia because I chose the professor who taught myself to the music university in Klagenfurt,” said the violinist, the young student to Gustav Mahler Private University for Music (GMPU). She visits Professor Christian Tachezi’s Talent Factory: “Of course that makes us all incredibly proud!”

Not your first victory
The “Golden Note” is not the first prize of the gifted musician and electorate. As early as 2022, the enthusiastic violinist won first place in the “Bolivia Clásica” competition and was able to perform the violin concert in e mineur by Felix Mendelssohn Bartholdy together with the Philharmonic Orchestra.

But the breathing break for Lois Pfeifer is only short. Next week the entrance exam will be waiting for the Bachelor’s degree in performance art at the violin.
