In the battle for compensation, a German walker (66) had to take a bitter defeat again at the Regional Hof van Innsbruck. But it doesn’t indicate and now even attacks.
While a number of farmers probably cheer in Tyrol, Petra M. from North Rhine-Westphalia is “just stunned” by the new rejection of their claim for compensation over around 10,000 euros at the Innsbruck Regional Court.
As reported several times, the now 66-year-old German was brutally attacked by a cow during a walk in the Stubai Valley for her husband. With severe bruises and bruises on the body and swelling on the face, she had to be flown to the Innsbruck clinic. “I panic when I see cows today,” says the Tyrol holiday maker, who describes the psychological consequences.
The court rejected claims for compensation
But now the German has to accept the following setback in court: the perpetrator is not clearly identified in court and it is unclear whether a suckler -cow was actually responsible for the attack. Moreover, according to the court, the hiking trail is only a bit visited, despite a pram and the pasture area is too big for a fence anyway.
“Nobody takes responsibility and I stay at all costs. The recovery of the helicopter alone costs around 6,000 euros,” Petra M. no longer understands the world. “My husband and I are not considered a word for the court, but the expert can prove that a photo took a photo a year later that the cow had a bell and I had to have warned it,” The 66-year-old is going fast with the verdict and conversations: “There is a risk of life, but consciously wrong statements are tolerated and nothing is lylly.”
“Earlier incidents were always covered by everyone”
The passionate hiker now has at least black -white that the farmer, shepherd and substance manager knew about earlier cow attacks. A total of seven people in three years would have been injured by cows. “You have always denied this so far,” is irritated by the German, who had already filed a complaint with the office of the public prosecutor for false statements before being rejected. Even after the opinion that has been done now, she keeps further legal steps open
