Until now, two bank robberies in Tyrol and the enigmatic find of a body are unclear. The Tyrolean police have now succeeded in investigating two suspects. However, one of the two could only be found dead in his apartment.
Between November 2023 and May 2025 a series of twelve bank attacks took place in Tyrol. So far, two more were unclear – but the police have now solved this mystery. “Moreover, one of the suspects is suspected of being responsible for the death of a 30-year-old Austrian in September of the previous year,” the police explain.
But one after the other: the two banking robbery of 25 October 2024 in Innsbruck and November 28 in Kufstein were unclear. For the latter, a 22-year-old Austrian could be investigated as a suspect. He became known in an interrogation on 10 June. He gave money problems as a motive.
Stateless well known for bank robbery
On October 25, an already deceased 28-year-old stateless in Innsbruck was determined. “This information was confirmed by a witness, further results of the investigation and an expert opinion, which was given on behalf of the office of the Public Prosecution Service of Innsbruck,” the director explains.
Moreover, the 28-year-old of it is suspected of being responsible for the death of a 30-year-old Austrian, who was reported in September 2024 and was eventually found dead in Hall in Hall in Tyrol in January 2025.
The accused was found dead in his apartment in December 2024 and there is no proof of external error. The research on the murder has not yet been fully completed.
