More than 225,000 visitors traveled from 11 to 14 June to the Pannonia Fields in Nickelsdorf. Plus several hundred emergency services of all blue light organizations and the employees of the festival. The focus was on the Nova Rock Festival 2025 Collaboration, Security and Care. District captain Ulrike Zschech is more than satisfied with the process and the cooperation between emergency organizations, organizers and the authority.

She herself was stationed every day at Nova Rock: “The flexible cooperation between operational organizations, organizers and the authority is a central factor for the successful course of the festival. This worked well again this year.”
No major incidents
According to Zschech, this year’s NOVA was arranged and without major incidents. The police, fire brigade, the Red Cross and the authority were on site with extensive forces to guarantee safety and the well visitors. The effort was great because around 1,000 emergency services were employed every day. “There were coordination talks between the organizers, the organizations and the authority that were involved several times a day. This guarantees that chic and rapid approach was guaranteed,” said the district head.
Thanks to employees
The four red-cross stations on the site were a hotspot. There was always something to do here. “We have recorded nearly 3000 medical care and two emergency helicopter missions,” reports Spokesman Van de Pers Manuel Komosny and thanks the approximately 750 mainly voluntary Red Cross -employees who were there with tireless use.
