When I come to her to the sausage desk, she doesn’t ask what I want for long, but prepares three Leberkässemmel for my boys. With a smile she then expands the goods over the showcase and remember, just so that it is safe: “Once sharp, with cucumbers, once cheeseber cheese with ketchup and once without.” The “Bogi”, that is what they call in the supermarket, is certainly the nicest sausage seller from here to Hungary, because it comes from there. Her name is Boglarka, but nobody can remember this name, she says. “So that everyone has easier, I’m just the Bogi for them.”
