A unnoticed short grasp in the victim’s wallet during working hours and already went to the ATM during the lunch break.

When the good -faith colleague noticed the malversations at some point, an amount of 20,800 euros was already missing. “I thought that was a joke at the time. But it is still very stressful. I can’t sleep anymore and I still need tablets today,” says the victim in the process in tears. There is no personal excuse for the perpetrator. She prefers to prevent eye contact on the stable.
Judge Martin Mitteregger condemns the 43-year-old to a probationary sentence of five months and 6,000 euros. The victim must repay the 20,800 euros within two weeks.
