Shock to an elderly woman in Berlin: The lady was probably shot at and wounded with an air rifle on her balcony. The 96-year-old wanted to water flowers in the Britz neighborhood of Neukölln on Tuesday afternoon, police said.
When she decided to water her flowers on Tuesday afternoon, the 96-year-old suddenly heard two pops and then felt pain in her hand and head. She discovered she had two bleeding wounds and immediately called an ambulance, who took her to a hospital.
According to the initial findings of the police, the woman suffered injuries from small projectiles that were probably fired from an air rifle. The Berlin detective is already investigating.
