A duo for boys (15 and 16 years old) was responsible for a whole latte of crimes in the regional court of Steyr. They were also accused of cruelty for animals. The boys were only partially familiar with the respective charges. But that didn’t help: there were sometimes unconditional prison conditions.
They were in court for the second time after a “warning shot” with conditional penalties in the previous year had not bought cutting – on the contrary.
That is why two boys from the Traunviertel were also taken into custody because the 15 and 16 year olds were constantly caught stealing, broke in or animal.
Among other things, a dog and a chicken should have been forced to smoke by placing burning cigarettes in the mouth or beak. There are also threats for homosexuals and a predatory violation.
100 crimes guided
In the regional court of Steyrr, the duo had the second appointment for nearly 100 folded crimes on Monday and had to answer for a Schöffenenat.
The boys were only partially known, so a whole crowd was offered to witnesses. Proof, including videos, was also shown.
The two young people received a prison sentence of ten months (including three months of unconditional prison sentence) because of theft and coercion. The judgments are already final.
