In the Vorarlberg community of Alberschwende, a 76-year-old driver got off the road with his car on Tuesday afternoon and crashed into a house wall. The man and his passenger remained unharmed.

The 76-year-old traveled from Musselbach at 9.30 p.m. On the way to Alberschwende when he suddenly stepped on the edge of the road with his car, the car then rolled a steep slope for about 20 meters before it was stopped by a house wall.

The 57-year-old passenger immediately went out of dust after the crash he could only be admitted by a police patrol some time later. The driver himself had also remained unharmed in the accident, but for safety reasons he was taken to the hospital. The episode will treat him for a long time, an alkotest was positive.
