The LAB union is committed to continuing the mobilizations and resuming negotiations to guarantee a pay increase in line with the CPI. Next Monday, the provisional agreement on the agreement will be concluded by the board of directors and the majority of the works council will be put to a vote.

Voting before agreement

Each cost center is assigned a voting table and they can vote all active staff members.
To vote personally it is necessary present proof of identity, passport, driver’s license, NIE or employee card. Employees can access envelopes and ballots through the chain of command, at factory entrances and at the polling stations themselves.
Operators also have the option to: electronic voting, but the deadline to vote electronically passed this Friday at 2 p.m. Applications after that time will be rejected. According to union sources, 559 employees registered to vote electronically, about 10%.
The electronic voting hours on the Appsamblea platform are from 12:00 AM to midnight, including Mondays. there will be alone two voice options in both formats: AGREE YES or AGREE NO. The results are expected on Tuesday between 2.30 pm and 3 pm.
