A 22-year-old Tyrolean woman repeatedly picked up his girlfriend (14) against her mother’s will – once even despite a sincere divorce declaration. His reason: “I wanted to help a little girl.” The two are still a couple.
The trial begins with Judge Helga Moser instructing the defendant to give the cell phone to the defense attorney so he doesn’t record the trial after the police interrogation. The spindly Tyrolean seems quite tidy and insightful – despite his criminal record, which according to the judge “everything is there across the vegetable garden”.
No longer available for the mother
This time he has to answer for, among other things, child abduction: after the relationship between him and a 14-year-old Tyrolean was initially tolerated by the family, they began to be unreachable for the mother at one point. According to the 22-year-old, one of the reasons for this was the violence in the young people’s families: “I wanted to help a little girl,” he says. He also brought her to him once, even though she had a special order.
Girls present at the verdict
When the verdict was handed down, Moser wanted the girl to be in the room so she could “hear everything”: four months’ probation, €3,600 fine. last. The two are still together, she now lives in an apartment building.
Incidentally, the mother uses the mobile app to track the whereabouts of her daughter and her boyfriend. This agreement was reached before the negotiations. The couple no longer has much contact with the woman.
