The Company Challenge Austria, which this year takes place from October 1 to November 19, has been successfully showing for years how exercise and sport can be integrated into everyday life. Every minute of movement counts several times: the CO2 footprint is reduced, trees are planted and fun in a team with colleagues is guaranteed. Want a quick overview of the comprehensive offerings from this year’s business challenge? Then you now have the chance to do so on August 11, when ex-tennis pro and keynote speaker Markus Czener, who is in demand today, as well as bestselling author PA Straubinger will attend the program presentation live. Here’s how to sign up.
Last year, more than 4.5 million minutes of movement from more than 100 companies were collected in the Austrian business challenge – mainly from Viennese companies. This year, the focus of the business challenge – which promotes health and the environment in equal measure – is across Austria.
From October 1 to November 19, 2022, local organizations can participate in the science-based health initiative and collect exercise minutes together with colleagues in a “healthy competition” and actively work to improve the environment. Because for every 1000 minutes of movement a tree is planted – the goal is 10,000 trees!
Motivate experts and prominent ambassadors
The health boost is guided by sports & nutritionists and mental coaches from sports legends such as Armin Assinger (who was also present at the last presentation, see video below), Kira Grünberg, Lizz Görgl, Clemens Doppler or Alexandra Meissnitzer, all who motivate participants daily by through workshops, lectures and valuable tips to create a new mindset for a sustainable movement culture in Austria – with the focus on integrating movement into everyday life.
All information and exciting contributions to the 2022 Corporate Challenge can be found at krone.at/firmenchallenge
Participants have the opportunity to be active alone or in a group for 50 days in more than 100 freely selectable sports. Gardening, hiking, and strenuous housework also contribute to bottom line. Above all, the participants make a valuable contribution to their own health. Positive side effects: better team structure in the company, employer branding, more use of existing (BGF) measures and reducing the footprint!
Anyone who wants to get an overview of the Austrian business challenge now has the opportunity to do so on August 11 from 2:30 pm via zoom – PA Straubinger – number 1 bestselling author, ORF journalist, interval fasting and mindfulness trainer & ambassador – as well as ex-tennis pro and keynote speaker Markus Czener, who is in high demand today, will be there live.
