Ukraine on Tuesday announced the arrest of two suspected Russian spies on suspicion of plotting an attack on Ukrainian Defense Minister Oleksij Resnikov and military spy chief Kyrilo Budanov. The reward for the murders was $150,000 each, according to the Kiev Executive.
