January 11, 2022, clear blue sky, snowy Ennstal mountains. In the middle of the alpenidyl, the blue light flashes. A 52-year-old has informed the fire and rescue service: “My friend has stopped moving.”
There was blood everywhere at the crime scene
When the emergency services arrived at the scene of the crime, a beautiful yellow house on Gröbminger Stoderstrasse, at 3:30 p.m., they were presented with a terrifying photo: blood was everywhere, a man lay motionless on the ground. All attempts at resuscitation are in vain, the emergency doctor can only determine death.
Acquaintances served officials “suicide”
What happened? “He committed suicide,” claims the newcomer, who is originally from Eastern Europe and lives on emergency aid. She babbles, has to lie down to sleep. Researchers find more than two per thousand.
It is only gradually that she has presented the police officers with a fairy tale. The victim, 63 years old and on early retirement, has serious neck and shoulder injuries that were not caused by himself. A “forceful stab from behind” with a 13-centimeter blade was fatal.
The drunkard suddenly doesn’t want to remember anything. But a bloody kitchen knife is discovered in the apartment. The suspicion: she brutally stabbed her boyfriend!
Woman is accused of murder
After months of intensive investigation – in the room was also the madness of the alleged perpetrator – according to the woman “Krone” information, the trial is now being made in the regional court of Leoben. The charge in this jury trial is murder!
The suspect will be tried in September
“The main hearing will take place on September 22,” confirms court spokesman Armin Scheck of the “Steirerkrone”. “Numerous witnesses and two experts have been invited.” The trial then continues on September 26.
