The wood-fired bakery, currently located in Vienna, has been in need of renovation since late December. Now the receiver of Gragger & Cie GmbH is converting the branch in Linz and the bakery in Ansfelden into cash.
The coffee machine is unchanged on the sideboard overlooking the pedestrian zone. The poster is still hanging in the window with the words “Pfiat di, Linz” written on it in large letters. The branch of the wood-fired bakery Gragger at Landstrasse 66 has been closed since the beginning of November and the traces of the last tenant will soon be gone.
Because: The equipment of the store is being auctioned – on behalf of the curator Andrea Fruhstorfer, who runs the bakery after the opening of the restructuring process via Gragger & Cie GmbH on December 30 of the previous year.
On Friday 17 February, 67 items from the Gragger store layout in the capital will go under the hammer on the online platform Aurena: from the refrigerated display case to the sales counter and the sandwich punch. Cleaning trolleys, power cables and a dishwasher are also provided.
Equipment for the bakery will be auctioned on Monday
On Monday, the interior of the bakery in Ansfelden, which is closed in the autumn due to a lack of staff, will be auctioned. There are 252 pieces, also a kneading machine, baking tins and baking paper.
