Companies must constantly reinvent themselves and remain innovative. This starts at the office. If this is not up to date, it sends a bad signal to customers, investors and your own employees. CTI Vienna recognized this and took up the challenge to give an old Viennese building new charm.
It is not easy for companies to find suitable office space that meets their needs. Space is limited, especially in urban areas, and innovative solutions are in demand. This year the company CTI on Nußdorfer Straße in Vienna’s 9th district faced this challenge. Located in an old building in Vienna, they were faced with the task of renovating and redesigning the old building.
Interior design, electronics, installation and disposal of old equipment: coordinating this takes a lot of time and work. Therefore, everything must come from a single source. After a free initial consultation, the young start-up B.Complete was commissioned to combine the charm of the old Viennese building with the latest technology.
Modern design
The start-up B.Complete has set itself the task of providing companies with the most modern equipment. The customer no longer has to worry about anything. B.Complete takes care of everything, from planning the new office to assembling the new furniture and disposing of the old. To implement this with as little liquidity as possible, B.Complete offers a subscription model that not only protects customers’ balance sheets but also increases cash flow. The result is impressive: the old Viennese building has been transformed into a stylish office with an unparalleled entrance.
Attractive design and open and multifunctional spaces not only increase employee efficiency, but also increase their satisfaction. To achieve this, ‘acoustic houses’ were also installed during the redesign. Thanks to very good sound insulation and the integrated whiteboard, they are ideal for spontaneous meetings or telephone conferences. To ensure that employees do not develop health problems, height-adjustable tables and movable, ergonomic stools have also been purchased, which provide more movement in daily working life.
Green Dots as an energy filling station
Working days can sometimes demand a lot from employees. It’s good to have places and rooms where you can take a break and recharge your batteries. These “Green Dots” contain elements that lower blood pressure, promote creativity and strengthen the immune system. At CTI, these retreats have been taken into account to offer employees the rest they need after a strenuous working day.
Green plants are important during these retreats. The focus was on a natural interior, because not only does the color green have a soothing effect on people, but plants also provide valuable oxygen. All of this was taken into account at B.Complete when planning and implementing the Green Dots. Ten minutes a day is enough to minimize burnout, loss of motivation and absenteeism due to illness.
The kitchen as a social meeting place
Many companies invest little in an office kitchen, missing a great opportunity to promote employee communication and increase satisfaction. CTI wanted to prevent that. The kitchen was redesigned and furnished together with B.Complete. Using the latest technology and a fresh design, space has been created for joint lunch breaks and social contact.
completely satisfied
With the help of B.Complete, the old Viennese building was transformed into an office that meets the latest technology. Richard Rettenbacher, Managing Director of CTI Vienna, is completely satisfied with the redesign of the office and has been able to provide the office with the desired new lick of paint.
The employees are also satisfied with the new facility and can now work more motivated. The open and connected interior allows you to perform daily work tasks more efficiently. CTI thus joins the list of more than a hundred companies that are satisfied with the work of the young start-up.
