Is meatless training less valuable?

In the comments section on Krone.at, the opinion clearly prevails that purely vegetarian cooking classes are less valuable than if the entire spectrum were covered. Possible solution to job shortage

But not all members of the “Krone” community share this opinion. Andiaus Kaindorf For example, he sees meat-free training as a way to combat the shortage of chefs.

“Vegetarian or vegan cooking is an art.”

MB1234 also points to the increasing demand and notes that traditional chefs often lack the skills when it comes to vegetarian or vegan dishes. Also I am tall believes that meat-free education trains good chefs.

What do you think are the pros and cons of teaching meatless cooking? Do you think that the chances on the labor market are as bad as many “Krone” users predicted? Share your thoughts and views on the topic with us in the comments!
