Uncomplicated, time-saving, keyless – Armin Huremagic, Laura Kaltenbrunner and Alexander Jürgens emphasise these three features when they talk about their digital access solution flamengo. Thanks to this, the viewing stress when selling and renting apartments should be reduced.
What do you do if you can’t find an appointment to view the apartment and still want to give access to the desired date of the interested party? Armin Huremagic, Laura Kaltenbrunner and Alexander Jürgens have developed flamengo, a digital access system, for exactly such cases.
“The hustle and bustle is now a thing of the past,” says the trio, who want to simplify and make Linz’s rental and sales activities more efficient.
Strategic partners have been acquired in RE/MAX offices and IMMOCENTRAL, and flamengo systems that enable contactless viewings are now in use in several states. Property managers are also being helped by making appointments easier for traders.
How did the idea for flamengo come about? While looking for an office, Kaltenbrunner, Huremagic and Jürgens met an agent who revealed that he was making fewer and fewer personal appointments, usually just handing out keys but often getting them back too late.
