RLB boss in interview – bank director about criticism: ‘You get used to it’

The Raiffeisen Banking Group Upper Austria, headed by Heinrich Schaller since the end of March 2012, serves more than one million customers. Before his birthday on Monday, when the bank manager turns 65, we met him for an interview. A conversation with the general manager of RLB-OÖ about his cash reserves, passion for football, conscious digital breaks and retirement, which is getting closer.

The “Bruckner Room” on the third floor of the headquarters of the Raiffeisenlandesbank Oberösterreich in Linz: Heinrich Schaller sat down here at the large conference table for the interview with “Krone”. There is a cup of coffee in front of him, into which he gradually empties two bags of sugar during the course of the conversation.
