“What a juice shop,” says a woman from Klagenfurt, irritated about the delayed delivery of her juice cleanse. What customers can do if packages still do not arrive after weeks of waiting.
Anticipation is the greatest pleasure, they say. But is that still the case if you’ve been waiting two weeks for a package you ordered and it still hasn’t arrived? This is the question from Antonia-Sophia (name changed by the editors) from Klagenfurt, who wanted to start the new year healthy and therefore ordered a seven-day juice cleanse.
In a New Year’s campaign, the German manufacturer promised one to three days of delivery time and a 25 percent reduction on orders: “I jumped on it. I ordered on December 29 and immediately received an order confirmation by email. The shipping confirmation took a long time,” says Antonia-Sophia.
