The owner has changed a real estate in Unterach with a slim 3.5 million euros. No other house in Upper Austria costs more in the third quarter of 2024. There were most sales in Linz. This shows a new investigation.
Probably the one who can afford it. Between July and September 2024 there were again some movements on the Interior Real Estate Market. This shows a glimpse into the basic books that always make experts in the field of mentding. For a full 3.5 million euros, a house with one family in Unterach on Lake Attersee changed from Hand, which was also the most expensive residence in Upper Austria. The house was relatively cheap, because in Kitzbühel someone – of course the data is confidential – is on the table for a family house.
Apartment with 2 million euros
The most expensive apartment sold in Upper Austria was a bit cheaper. In Gmunden, a buyer was worth 1.95 million euros for a buyer. This is of course nothing compared to what is paid for industrial and commercial property. In Pinsdorf a building with 23.59 million euros was sold in the second quarter of 2024, in Linz One with at least ten million euros.
Many transactions in Linz
Incidentally, the state capital was also the place where most of the transactions were in the field of homes. 247 were in these three months. In the Austria there were only more sales in the styric state capital Graz, namely 479. And another exciting number: the Rohrbach district is located on the bottom of the residential real estate transactions (relatively per inhabitant).
