According to the Brewery Association, this increase influences all glass bottles that are currently registered with nine cents in the return machines of the supermarkets. This includes the typical beer bottles of 0.5 liters, white glass bottles with screw cap and countless 0.33 liter glass bottles.
After “90 percent” are beer bottles, according to its own statements, the Association of Breweries negotiated and implemented the increase in Pikes.
“The low down payment apparently led to more and more people who had repelled the bottles and so removed the recycling,” said the chairman of Karl Schwarz recently. The association expects the bottles to come back more and more because of the increase in the bracelet.
