From April, Coca-Cola, Coca-Cola Zero, Fanta, Sprite and Mezzo Mix will be available in the 0.85-liter departure bottle for pets.
The group changes the bottle sizes for the first time in 17 years. The reason: you look at a “trend in carbonated soft drinks to smaller package sizes,” said sales manager Arne Koslowski.
“Up to ten percent” from the soft drink volume on the market in food store “is due to the package between 0.5 and 1 liter”.
The new bottle size must be filled at the production locations Thresten, Genshagen and Knetzgau and is initially introduced on the German market according to “Bild”. The recommended selling price must be “clear” under that of the 1-liter bottle.
