Holidays at the sea – Some higher Austrians have already treated themselves on it during the Easter holidays. For others it means a few more weeks: wait for a beach holiday! Airport-Linz boss Norbert Draskovits also knows what effect the inflation of the choice of travel destination has.
Ryanair increased the Bari connection with a third flight per week at the end of May, Eurowings will also fly from Linz to Mallorca in July in July and August-two developments that not only expand the offer for those looking for relaxation, but also positively correcting that are responsible for the airport in Hörsching.
After falling the number of passengers in the previous year, considerably more travelers use the Linz Airport again this year. “We will certainly get more than 250,000 this year,” says director Norbert Draskovits.
