Five Romanians had to answer in court for fraud in Linz. After their termination in a large meat processing Mühlviertel large company, they were all “accidentally” unable to work at the same time. Anyone who believes that this collective sick leave was clearly criminal is wrong: all five are acquitted.
Taking, celebrating the sick – or more serious fraud, as the court calls it: for this reason, five Romanian workers (30, 31, 32, 33, 41) had to be responsible on Wednesday. The accused worked in a food operation in the upper Austrian Mühlviertel and carried out cleaning work there at night. However, before the start of the shift at the end of August 2023, they were informed that they had to be terminated or taken over by a third part of the party. A day later, more details would have been discussed, but this did not happen. Because all five accused sent sick leave confirmations.
