Insolvency in the styric St. Barbara in the Mürztal: eleven employees and 37 creditors are affected – the company strives for a renovation process with self -government. The debts amount to 543,000 euros.
Conmag Engineering GmbH from St. Barbara in the Mürztal has applied for a renovation process without self -administration, the KSV1870 reports Thursday. The Mürztal Mechanical Engineer had to register bankruptcy – eleven employees and around 37 creditors are affected. The debts are 543,000 euros.
Great customer outloken
The background: forecast assignments from a large customer were removed – then targeted special machinery projects. But this location did not bring the hoped -up turnover, plus the overall economically difficult market situation and increasing fixed costs.
The company must be continued as part of a renovation process, but employees must be dismantled and the “Special Machinery BAU prototyping” division must be closed. The insolvency manager will now check whether this can be implemented.
