Good news from Graz Airport: from November we will go from Talerhof to the British metropolis of London. The daughter Ba Eurofyer of the British Airway will connect the two cities three times a week in the future.
In 2012, Ryanair hired the connection from Graz to London-Stansted. Since then, the Talerhof was no longer connected to the British capital. “For us, London was by far the largest market without direct flights,” said airport boss Wolfgang Grimus. But the waiting soon ends: as on Wednesday, the subsidiary of British Airways Ba Eurofyer will fly to London-Gatwick from November.
From November 21, an Airbus A320 will go to Thames three times a week (Monday, Wednesday and Friday). “We are delighted to further strengthen our connectivity between London and Austria with the admission of Graz. We will offer the only direct connection between the two cities and therefore enable our customers more selection business, private or for visiting friends and family,” says Ba Eurofly Managing Director Karen Hilton.
“The line to London with British Airways will also make the location quality of the airport grazing possible for the styric economy and as a hub of an area of the south and make it possible to make more attractive tourist offers,” says keeping Graz-Boss Wolfgang Malik about the successful completion for Styrian Airport.
