The British band will stop at the Olympic Stadium in May next year as part of their ‘Music of the Spheres World Tour’
British group Coldplay will be performing at the Estadi Olímpic Lluís Companys in Barcelona on May 24-25 as part of their “Music of the Spheres World Tour,” promoter Live Nation said in a statement Monday.
The first confirmed dates of the band’s 2023 summer tour are Portugal, Spain -with the double date in Barcelona-, Italy, Switzerland, Denmark, Sweden and the Netherlands, along with dates in the UK.
Since the band began touring Costa Rica in March 2022, they have sold more than four million tickets for dates in Latin America, North America and Europe.
Tickets for the concerts in Barcelona will go on sale on Thursday, August 25 at 10am, with presale the day before for registered users at livenation.es.
The band’s double concert led by singer Chris Martin in Barcelona marks their return to the Catalan capital after seven years, when they played the same venue on the ‘A head full of dreams’ tour.
