The SGAE headquarters in Madrid was the chosen space this Tuesday to announce the selected groups in the first edition of Big Up! Lanzadera, a project that is part of the Big Up Murcia training program and which aims to launch phonograms, visualize, promote, disseminate and professionalize emerging musical projects. This time it’s Sissy, A Child Has Been Lost and Lima Limón.

Yesterday’s event, attended by the Minister of Culture, Marcos Ortuño, and the record label Son Buenos ArtMusic, promoters of the initiative, also announced the dates for the Big Up Murcia in 2023: from 16 to 19 March.

Sissy, as defined by Claudia Orellana and Tonny Serrano’s label, is “a very young artist, composer and performer of her own songs, appearing everywhere she appears, drawing attention to her authenticity and tremendous sensitivity, but who is a whirlwind.” hides from talents.

Se Ha Perdido Un Niño is “a formation with enormous potential live, which surprises with a staging that combines rock music with an excellent level of performance, execution and humor”. In conclusion, Lima Limón is «a very young band of musicians with a great desire to conquer the world who move in the field of urban pop rock, with a direct attitude, and that until now, without assistance in production or management, have captured the attention of loyal fans and even local promoters.

Delegates from Sony Music, Warner Chappel and BMG Altafonte Spain participated in the selection – with 66 registered projects – who listened to the proposals, commented on their vision and looked professional to make the most accurate decision.

The three selected projects are supervised for several months by a team from Son Buenos ArtMusic to plan their releases and their promotion, check that the phonograms meet the minimum quality standards and advise on the preparation of materials for their distribution and release, designs, registration of his work, etc… A commitment that continues in the presentation of these three proposals to national festivals.

They enlivened yesterday’s act in Madrid Arde Bogotá and Eva Mcbel, two of the artists who took part in the Big Up! 2019.
