Jorge Díaz, Antonio Mercero and Agustín Martínez, hidden since 2018 under the pseudonym Carmen Mola, visited the Murcia Book Fair on Friday to present ‘Las madres’, the latest book starring Elena Blanco. The authors, who became known in 2021 for winning the Planeta prize with ‘The Beast’ and who have thousands of readers, were accompanied by the director of FLM, Jesús Boluda del Toro, in their contact with the media in Paseo Alfonso X , where, until the 12th, the 60 stands of the most important and participatory literary event in the Region are installed.

Carmen Mola will be signing copies of ‘Las madres’ at the LA VERDAD booth at 7:00 PM, then she will present the novel at 8:30 PM in the main events pavilion. In their new novel, they begin to hit the reader with a heinous crime. In a stolen van, they find the corpse of a young man whose internal organs were ripped out while he was alive, to insert a dead fetus into the hole, containing the murdered man’s genes. This crime will lead Elena Blanco and her men to a clandestine farm of wombs for rent and a human trafficking network involving another group of police officers, calling themselves The Section.
