Belfast may be relatively smaller than many of the UK’s large cities, but Crack is really cool.
A recent study to get a license ranked our city the eighth worst place to spend the night in the UK, analyzing the number of places per person, the cost per pound and a number of safety concerns.
When York was ranked the best and Coventry the worst, we feel that Belfast’s growing hospitality and nightlife industry is not having the way it deserves.

We have compiled a list of reasons why Belfast is the perfect city to spend the night and deserves to be:
1. A variety of bars, clubs and venues around the city

Belfast’s hospitality industry is incredibly diverse with many unique establishments that make the city stand out overnight.
We’ll be staying here all day and trying to list all the places available for a picnic in the bar!
Whether it’s tongs at Errigle, whiskey in the sun at The Duke of York, or cocktails at The Merchant or Boogie Limelight, every corner of Belfast is filled with pubs, bars and clubs where there’s something for everyone.
2. Restaurants that push you to achieve more

Your mom always warned you not to drink on an empty stomach and you’re always covered by the great restaurants and eateries in Belfast.
It’s hard to sit down to a bottle of civilian wine (or two) for dinner at Hadskis, a chilled margarita with tacos at Bootleggers or a pizza and a quart of Kraft beer at The Sunflower.
From Michelin-starred restaurants to really good street food, you’ll never leave Belfast hungry.
3. Our amazing live music scene

Whether you’re a laid-back vocalist or a full-fledged band of five, Belfast has a fantastic talent for playing in pubs and bars, making this evening’s atmosphere all the more special.
From The Harp Bar to The Points, there’s nothing better than having a drink and setting foot in the heart of the capital.
When places like Limelight and Voodoo have really great concerts, we’re shocked that Belfast can be so low on the list.
4. Proximity to all your favorite places

Belfast may be small, but that doesn’t mean it’s bad.
The city is perfect for a stroll to the bar, with many of our pubs and clubs within walking distance of each other – the cathedral, arguably the epicenter of the city’s nightlife, contains some of Belfast’s most famous sights within a second. else.
Likewise, if you want to travel from North Belfast to the South or from East to West, you will need a short taxi ride to the holidays.
5. A way to spend the night

(maybe the best part of the night sometimes)
Maybe you plan on getting that pizza after you start cooking, or stumble upon an open plate on the way home, but the food always looks different after a night out.
Thankfully, Belfast is tired of the delicious dishes that can be enjoyed after a nice drink or after dancing the night away.
Chip ku anyone?
6. The Magic of Belfast

There is just something about Belfast nightlife that makes it a city like no other.
Whether it’s the colorful characters you meet along the way, the unique pubs at entrances and alleys, or the beauty of the city itself, who needs a ride when Belfast is close at hand!
