Starting from the observation of what surrounds us, each human’s feelings find in dance the key that opens a form of communication without boundaries through their own body language of gestures and habitual movements. If we go back to the 18th century, Jean-Jorge Noverre, a French master to whom this day is dedicated, already claimed that, given the boredom and sophistication of his contemporaries, routine and artificiality, reforms will be introduced to replace stereotypical conventional gestures through rational movements that facilitate understanding for all.
