Before it’s too late: last minute rush syndrome

Date:

You don’t necessarily have to understand it, but you have to take it into account: since Corona, our social life has gained momentum again, but many women and men are suffering from the consequences of the pandemic. This also includes the fear of large crowds and especially the fear that it could soon be too late for a certain goal.

Last minute rush behavior can get anyone. Both the 30-year-old beauty and the gray-haired professor. My psychotherapeutic practice is a barometer of current psychological problems. In a nutshell, they sound like this: “Can I still find a partner suitable for marriage?” – “Is this still possible with a career?” – “Is it soon too late for a child?”
