Farewell to the monarch – Van der Bellen wrote this in the Queen’s condolence register

After Alexander Van der Bellen King Charles III. offered his personal condolences, he was also registered in the register of condolences for the queen on Monday. The Austrian Federal President traveled to London with his wife Doris Schmidauer for the state funeral of Queen Elizabeth II, who died on September 8.

“On behalf of the people of the Republic of Austria and on my behalf, I offer you our sincere condolences,” Alexander Van der Bellen wrote in the book of condolence for Queen Elizabeth, which is available at Church House in the British capital.
