The Basque government forwards the transfer proposal of the CNVM of Barakaldo to the ministry

Date:

This is the transfer of the National Machinery Verification Center (CNVM) of Barakaldo. The Basque government has warned that “only negotiations on rail transport are currently being kept open”.

The Minister of Public Administration and Self-Government, Olatz Garamendicsent to the Minister of Territorial Policy last week, Elizabeth Rodriguezthe transfer proposal of the National Machine Verification Center (CNVM) from Barakaldo.

The transfer is included in the schedule drawn up by the Spanish government and agreed with the management of the CAV. In this way, there are six proposals from the Basque government to make progress in the transfer process and culminate in an agreement on the transfers.

In the CNVM, work and services in the field of health and safety at work are carried out, in particular the safety of machines and work equipment, physical risks, noise, vibration, chemical and psychosocial risks.

The minister has previously sent transfer proposals in the areas of coastal management, immigration, meteorology, maritime rescue and the film fund. Proposals were sent at different times this year and “under no circumstances has a response been received”.

The Euskadi Executive has thus emphasized that the submission of these proposals is due to the “paralysis of the Spanish government in the past year on transfers” and has warned that “negotiations are currently only being kept open with regard to rail transport”.
