The Joint Commission of the Economic Agreement will meet in Madrid this Thursday to agree on the quotas, the contribution of the Basque Country to the state for the services it provides to the Basque Autonomous Community, as well as the financial compensation for the five-year period 2022- 26.
According to sources from the Basque government, the institutions of the Basque Country and the Spanish government have announced the celebration of the Joint Commission of the Economic Agreement for the 17th, of 11am.at the Ministry of Finance.
They approve it at the meeting Liquid quota and the financial compensation of the five-year period 2022-26the amendment to the Economic Agreement and a series of other fiscal and financial issues.
The Ministry of Economy and Finance of the Basque government has pointed out the “great importance” of this agreement “for the financial stability of Euskadi”.
