Once the document has been qualified, whether this is Tuesday, February 28, or the following week, March 7, it will be sent to the President of the Government of Spain and to the spokespersons of the various parliamentary groups for them to take note and study. .

Then a period of two days opens to submit motions with alternative candidates, subject to the same requirements and possibly discussed jointly.
