The Presidency Minister, Félix Bolaños, has emphasized that the Spanish government is “acting” to clarify what has happened and that what needs to be done is “to regain the government’s trust”.

Marlaska Rejects CNI Being Questioned

The Minister of the Interior, Fernando Grande Marlaska, for his part has rejected that the CNI is questioned by the investigation internally announced. “No way,” he exclaimed, though he has defended the need to practice “self-assessment” of “daily action” in case improvements need to be made.
