The electoral commissions will decide on some incidents that occurred last Sunday in the municipal elections in Navarra.
The provincial government has published the provisional results of the municipal elections in Navarre, except in fourteen cases that will have to wait until Friday to know them, once the electoral commissions have decided on some incidents.
The council elections were attended by 293 candidates for 268 councils from all over Navarre. In 21 of them, their neighbors could choose from more than one candidacy.
Of the 279 ballot boxes set up for the municipal elections, the results of 11 were not passed on, they are Arteaga, Ganuza / Gauza, Ollobarren and Ollogoyen / Ollogoien (Metauten); Asarta and Ubago (Mendaza); Lizarraga, Unanu and Dorrao/Torrano (Ergoiena); Uriz / Uritz (Arce / Artzi) and finally Güesa / Gorza (Güesa / Gorza).
In three other councils, various problems were found in the counting of the votes, which also prevented the publication of the provisional results, in particular because the number of ballots counted did not coincide with the number of voters.
