‘Ertzainas and Lucha’ maintains its position and calls for the “total unification of the Collective”

The movement ‘Ertzainas in battle’ denounces the trade unions ErNE, Esan and Sipe every day they affirm in a “clearer” way that they stand “shoulder to shoulder” with Erkoreka, “even endorsing and reinforcing his words”.

This is what the trade union movement has said in one memo after another published yesterday by the unions to whom it is addressed, who harshly denounced the movement for trying to “protect union unity” and displaying “totalitarian and irreconcilable” behaviour.

Given the charge of the three unions who accused the movement “Direct attacks on freedom of association” and “threats, insults and coercions”, ‘Ertzainas and Lucha’ has replied that they are not “afraid” to explain in court and that they are sure that all they do is “for the benefit of the Collective”. In addition, they have argued that such a legal action would have “lost in advance” the unions.

As for the “insults” against the movement they label as totalitarian and irreconcilable“, he has emphasized that he is “not the least bit concerned”. However, he has assured that the unions’ version and his of what happened between the two parties on Friday differ from each other. For this reason, ‘Ertzainas and Lucha’, faced with these allegations, has urged the unionstake care of the courts if they believe that what they have denounced reflects reality.

Regarding the meeting, both sides shared their views and did not reach an agreement.
