Carlos Mazón (PP) will be the president of the Valencian Generalitat and Vox will hold the presidency of the Valencian Parliament.
PP and Vox reached a “firm” agreement in principle on Tuesday to form a coalition government in the Valencian Community, which will be chaired by Carlos Mazón (PP) and in which Vox will hold the presidency of the Valencian parliament.
In the absence of specification of how many ministries each party will have – the PP has only put forward that there will be fewer portfolios and fewer senior positions than there are now – they have agreed that Vox will chair the Les Corts Vox table and the PP first the vice-presidency and the secretary.
Finally, the Vox candidate for the presidency of the Generalitat Valenciana, Carlos Flores, convicted of sexist violence, will not be in the coalition government with the PP and will head the Vox list in the general election on July 23 for valencia.
