More and more sports clubs in Austria can no longer pay their players, but also the infrastructure. The energy cost allowance introduced to financially support the clubs is intended to remedy the situation, but is now facing criticism. The FPÖ state deputy of Lower Austria, Udo Landbauer, demands solutions from the responsible Green Vice Chancellor Werner Kogler – and sends suggestions to them by letter.
Green Vice-Chancellor Werner Kogler is not exactly having an easy time in Lower Austria these days. Governor Johanna Mikl-Leitner and he make accusations against each other almost every day. In the interview, the head of state also confirmed that she still does not want a gag order. As the “Krone” discovered, a letter from the government district of St. Pölten even ended up on Kogler’s desk. This time, however, the sender was FPÖ state deputy Udo Landbauer.
