Dozens of Basques have demonstrated in Pamplona to ask the parties in favor of the Basque language not to give “blank checks” to PSN.
Dozens of people denounced at a rally in Pamplona this afternoon that the programmatic agreement between PSN, Geroa Bai and Zurekin Nafarroa to form a new government will harm the Basque language.
The Network for the Defense of Euskera, among others, did not welcome the agreement reached and during the protest, the activists attacked the Minister of Education, Carlos Gimeno, because he believed that the language policy for the next four years “For this reason, they have the parties asked for the Basque language not to give “blank checks” to PSN.
The plenary session of the inauguration will take place the day after tomorrow, Monday, and on Tuesday, María Chivite will be proclaimed President of the Government of Navarre, following the announcement by EH Bildu that she will choose abstinence.
