-Basque in Congress: Today is the regulatory reform of the Congress so that deputies can speak Basque, Catalan or Galician. But first the parliamentary groups must debate, in a session starting at 9 a.m., on the change partial amendment tabled by the PNV to ensure that the translations have the same legal validity as the Spanish ones, and the respective amendments to the whole with alternative text presented by the PP and Vox against the reform.
– Tribute to the victims of covid: Vitoria will organize an event in memory of the covid victims, in which the Lehendakari, Iñigo Urkullu, will participate. Covid-19 caused a total of 74 deaths in the first quarter of 2023 all due to the confirmed coronavirus, representing a decline of 90.5%.
– Primeran presentation: It’s already happening FIRSTthe new platform streaming in Basque and Basque content, the presentation of which will take place today, September 21, in Donostia-San Sebastián. At 7 p.m., Tabakalera will host the official presentation ceremony of the new platform with the presence of representatives from, among others, the audiovisual sector, the world of culture, politics and Basque society.
