The spokesperson for C.K.DRaquel Sans stated on Monday that negotiations on a possible amnesty among the Socialists, he is already focusing on “technical issues”, and that in this sense “documents are already circulating”, while he believes that “the political part has already been resolved”.
At a press conference at ERC headquarters, Sans added that “we take the amnesty for granted, but the political conflict will continue to exist”, because “now comes the real negotiations: we have not resolved anything yet”.
“We are now dealing with more technical issues, which are not simple: the political part has already been resolved,” said Sans, who also added that “we have to really tackle the negotiations and we have to start making progress regarding the referendum.”
The ERC spokesperson did not go into details about what type of documents were exchanged in this regard or between which parts of the different actors in the negotiations.
On the status of negotiations on the investiture of Pedro Sánchezhas stated that there are “different proposals and conversations” among independents because “if we ask for the same thing, it is not necessary for us to do it alone.”
Sans added that “we have rid ourselves of this repressive spider web to which the state has subjected us for the past seven years,” which simply “resets the counter to zero, but there is a conflict that needs to be negotiated and, if it continues , conflict, the negotiating framework is very clear”.
